Mirzapur actress Shweta Tripathi has always been vocal about her dedication to fitness, and she gives much of her discipline and motivation to the influence of those around her.
Inspired by her close-knit circle — including her trainer and friend Tridev, and her fitness buddy Cheeta — Shweta has opted for a rigorous fitness regime and a strict, no-sugar diet that keeps her on track both physically and mentally.
“For me, fitness is not just about the body; it’s a mindset,” she shares.
“But this has come to me from an understanding that fitness is about showing up, taking that first step and seeing it through. I fortunately have many people around me like Cheeta and my trainer who truly stay committed and that encourages me. For my diet too much like anyone else I don’t want to start or follow any fads. Like for e.g. I have given up all forms of artificial sugar and just that small effort has helped me.”
A strong believer in holistic wellness, Shweta doesn’t primely focus on aesthetics, but places importance on strength, mobility, and mental resilience. Her social media is a witness to her consistent fitness efforts, often featuring snippets of her diverse workout routines, from weight training to functional movements.

She credits her trainer, Tridev, for encouraging her to train like an athlete. “My fitness schedule has a stellar focus on building strength and agility. That’s what the emphasis is on. We blend weights, complex movements and strengthening every body part,” she states.
