Mira Kapoor, the wife of Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, is welcoming the holiday season with her usual grace and understatement as Karwa Chauth approaches.

By posting a lovely photo from her mehendi session on Instagram, the lifestyle influencer and Entrepreneur gave her followers a glimpse of her pre-holiday enthusiasm.

Mira is seen smiling warmly with famous celebrity mehendi artist Veena Nagda in the photo that was shared on her Instagram Stories. Veena Nagda is a popular choice for many Bollywood celebrities on festive occasions.

Mira maintained a laid-back yet elegant look, in keeping with her effortlessly stylish aesthetic. She exuded her typical subtle charm while wearing brown trousers and a striped t-shirt.

Her radiant skin, easygoing dress, and sincere smile perfectly captured the happiness of the occasion. Her post said a lot with just a sparkling emoji and the hashtag @veenamagda.

Shahid's father, seasoned actor Pankaj Kapur, recently talked about the family's close-knit relationship and Mira's part in it.

In a candid interview with Punjab First Voice, Pankaj shared how their family’s association with the Radha Soami Satsang Beas played an important role in Shahid and Mira’s marriage.

He revealed, “Yes, he’s initiated too,” when asked if Shahid also visits Beas, adding that it was the spiritual connection that brought the two families together. “Yes, that’s how it was organised. I don’t want to reveal too much about this topic… but yes, the two families were introduced with the intention of getting Shahid and Mira to tie the knot,” he said.

Pankaj also had nothing but affection and admiration for his daughter-in-law. “She’s a wonderful child; she is more like my daughter than a daughter-in-law,” he expressed warmly.

His wife, veteran actress Supriya Pathak, echoed his sentiments, saying, “We are very blessed to have her; she’s the one who brought the family together."
