Upasana Kamineni teases Ram Charan starrer RRR sequel possibility

Ram Charan received global stardom with his blockbuster film, RRR. Filmmaker S. S. Rajamouli’s directorial film became a huge success, with people still grooving on its Oscar-winning song. Despite the huge success, the makers are yet to officially announce the sequel to the film.

However, Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela also seems to be excitedly waiting for the sequel. She has recently expressed her wish for RRR 2 and asked the filmmaker if he would make the film.

Ram Charan took to his Instagram and shared a video from a theatre in London that showed the fan craze of the film. He watched the film with a live orchestra showed the packed theatre watching RRR. He was joined by his wife, Upasana, and N. T. Rama Rao Jr.

He captioned the video, “RRR FORVER,” adding a red heart and an infinite emoticon. Upasana notably asked the question to filmmaker that most of the fans have been eagerly wanting to ask. However, Rajamouli is yet to officially respond to the question.

RRR was released in March 2022 and instantly became a global hit. The film notably grossed over Rs 1,200 crore net at the worldwide box office, won awards including a Golden Globe and an Oscar, and achieved widespread recognition.

RRR follows a fearless warrior on a perilous mission who comes face to face with a steely cop serving British forces in this epic saga set in pre-independent India.
