Actor and model Shefali Jariwala’s last rites were performed at a crematorium on Saturday evening in the presence of her friends and family. Shefali’s actor husband, Parag Tyagi, along with her father, Satish Jariwala, and younger sister, Shivani Jariwala, performed the rituals of her last rites.
Parag and his family have now been returned after cremating her at the Oshiwara Hindu crematorium. Although the family is yet to reflect on Shefali’s death cause, Parag Tyagi has talked to the media.
Parag told the paparazzi gathered outside his house, “Please mazaak drama mat banaiyega, mai sabse ye request karta hun… meri pari ke liye pray kijiyega aap sab. Woh jaha bhi ho khush rahe, shanti se rahe.. Bas pray kijiyega.” He then urged the media to leave the premises.
Parag was devastated by Shefali’s passing. Several videos from the final rites are going viral on social media that show Parag breaking down in tears. In one video, he kissed his wife final kiss and held her hands before the funeral services.
Several friends from the industry, including Mika Singh, Sunidhi Chauhan, Surbhi Chandna, her husband Karan Sharma, Vikas Gupta, Shehnaz Gill, Bhaktiyaar Irani, Aishwarya Sakhuja and Ashok Pandit, were present at her last rites.

Shefali Jariwala tragically died on Friday night at the age of 42. The initial reports suggested that she passed away due to a cardiac arrest, but the official cause of death is yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai police have registered an accidental death report (ADR). The officials have revealed that the autopsy has been done, but the opinion on the cause of death has been reserved.
