This significant investment comes with an intriguing backstory, notably influenced by advice from Rajkummar's idol, Shah Rukh Khan.

Rajkummar Rao, a versatile actor in Bollywood, recently made headlines for purchasing a luxurious home in Mumbai, valued at a whopping ₹44 crore, which was previously owned by actress Janhvi Kapoor. This significant investment comes with an intriguing backstory, notably influenced by advice from Rajkummar's idol, Shah Rukh Khan.

During a recent discussion about his real estate acquisition, Rajkummar shared an inspiring piece of advice he received from Shah Rukh Khan. He recounted, “Shah Rukh sir had taught me one thing 'Beta kabhi bhi ghar lega na, toh aukaat se thoda zyaada lena. Kyunki phir na, upar wala bhi dekhta zyaada lena. Tu khud bhi zyada mehnat karega (Son, whenever you buy a house, buy one a little beyond your means. That way, you’ll work harder because you’d want to earn it).' I found this very fascinating.”

This philosophy deeply resonated with Rajkummar, who has always admired Shah Rukh for his wisdom and guidance. The advice motivated him to strive for a property that not only reflects his achievements but also sets a new benchmark for his aspirations. It is not just a purchase but a commitment to elevate his life and career to match the investment.

The new home spans over 3456 square feet and represents not just a space but a realization of dreams for Rajkummar and his wife, Patralekhaa. This home symbolises luxury and ambition, reflecting the couple’s journey and achievements in the film industry.

Apart from his new home, Rajkummar is also making waves in the film industry with his upcoming projects. He stars in the movie 'Srikanth,' which is based on the life of visually-challenged entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla. This role reflects Rajkummar’s commitment to challenging and inspirational roles that stir social awareness and inspiration.

Moreover, Rajkummar is set to appear in 'Stree 2,' a horror-comedy sequel directed by Amar Kaushik, which also features an ensemble cast including Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana. Additionally, he is involved in 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' with Tripti Dimri, further showcasing his versatility and range as an actor.

Rajkummar’s choice to invest in a property that challenges him to aspire more robustly is a testament to his belief in continuous growth and striving for greatness, much like his mentor Shah Rukh Khan.
