The collaboration between Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman is stirring up excitement, as both are giants in the music industry, known for their groundbreaking work.

Zimmer, with his global fame for scoring films like The Lion King and Inception, has expressed his enthusiasm for joining the Indian film industry with Ramayana. The film's director, Nitesh Tiwari, and producer, Namit Malhotra, aim to present this Indian epic tale to audiences worldwide, believing that Zimmer and Rahman's partnership will play a pivotal role in achieving this vision. Ramayana is not just another film; it's an ambitious project that seeks to make a significant impact, showcasing Indian narratives on a global platform. The production team has dedicated years to research and development to ensure the story is told with the depth and grandeur it deserves. They are also in discussions with major Hollywood studios to secure an international release, although these talks are still in the preliminary stages.

Projected to be one of the costliest productions in Indian cinema, Ramayana is planned as a trilogy, with the first part set to be filmed from April to July. The team is hopeful for a grand theatrical release by Diwali 2025. With its star-studded cast and epic storyline, Ramayana promises to be a cinematic event that will captivate audiences both in India and around the world.
