Bollywood actresses Vaani Kapoor and Raashii Khanna seek blessings at Mahakaleshwar temple in MP

On Tuesday morning, actors Raashii Khanna and Vaani Kapoor visited the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain district, Madhya Pradesh, to seek blessings. Both were dressed in traditional sarees and appeared deeply immersed in their devotion.

The two stars also took part in the renowned 'Bhasma Aarti,' a unique ritual involving offerings of ashes. This ceremony is conducted during the Brahma Muhurta, which spans from 4 to 5:30 am.

During the Bhasma Aarti, Raashii and Vaani were seated in the Nandihal section of the temple, participating earnestly in the prayers.

Post-ceremony, Raashii Khanna and Vaani Kapoor shared their experiences with ANI. Raashii expressed her joy, saying, "It was a delight. I hope Mahakal calls us again." Vaani echoed similar sentiments, adding, "It was a great feeling...Jai Mahakal."

Professionally, Raashii Khanna was recently seen in the Tamil comedy-horror film “Aranmanai 4", co-starring Sundar C and Tamannaah Bhatia. This film, penned and directed by Sundar C, was produced by Khushbu Sundar under the Avni Cinemax banner.

Meanwhile, Vaani Kapoor is gearing up for the release of “Khel Khel Mein”, a film featuring Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, among others. Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the movie is produced by a team including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vipul D. Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Shashikant Sinha, and Ajay Rai.

Additionally, Vaani will headline “Badtameez Gill”, a coming-of-age Bollywood drama-comedy set in Bareilly and London. The film, focusing on a girl and her family, is being produced by Nickky Bhagnani and Viicky Bhagnani, Vinay Aggarwal, Ankur Takrani, and Akshad Ghone, and directed by Navjot Gulati, known for “Running Shaadi” and “Ginny Weds Sunny”, as well as his directorial ventures "Jai Mummy Di” and the soon-to-be-released “Pooja Meri Jaan”. She is also set to appear in "Raid 2”.
