From favorite dishes to a secret entrance built just for them, Chef Stefan’s stories offer a rare peek into how the Khans dine, unwind, and quietly enjoy their meals away from the flashbulbs.

“They keep coming here quite often, and whenever they don’t have the time, they place an order and we have it sent over to their home,” Chef Stefan shared. “AbRam likes the sushi here, and Suhana has come on a few occasions with her friends. SRK has also been here a few times, mostly with Gauri and family. They celebrated Pooja Dadlani’s anniversary here. Shah Rukh Khan has enjoyed the lamb chops we serve here; that’s his usual order.”

The mention of Shah Rukh’s love for lamb chops is no surprise, the superstar has often spoken about his fondness for hearty, well-cooked meat dishes. The rest of the family’s tastes reflect their personalities: AbRam, the youngest, enjoys sushi, playful yet refined; Suhana, often seen visiting with her friends, leans toward the social side of dining; Aryan, true to his reserved nature, tends to arrive late and keeps a low profile. “Aryan has been here on a few occasions, but I don’t know anything particularly about the food bit with Aryan. It’s usually later in the evening,” said Stefan.
