Malaika Arora shares why she avoids dipping her face in ice and her quick hack for morning puffiness

Malaika Arora, known for her fitness and beauty routines, recently shared a surprising insight into her skincare practice. While many celebrities swear by the trending ice facials to reduce puffiness and tighten skin, Malaika revealed why she completely avoids this method — and what she does instead.

In a candid video shared on Instagram, Malaika said, “I have sinus issues and if I dip my face in the ice like others do… If I will do that, I will be suffering with the worst sinus.” For those dealing with similar health concerns, this tip is not only relatable but also important.

Instead of ice facials, Malaika uses a rather unconventional yet effective hack to deal with morning puffiness. She explained, “I have a hack to get rid of morning puffiness. I use rubber bands. I put two rubber bands around my ear and keep them for a while and it helps you to get rid of puffiness.”

While this technique may raise eyebrows, Malaika’s glowing skin speaks for itself.
