Kareena Kapoor Khan swears by yoga and she keeps sharing pictures from her daily routine regularly. The 'Crew' actress' latest picture shows her Sunday plans. She can be seen performing Chakra Asana at her home.

The actress is seen sporting colourful tights and pink upper, and she wrote with the picture: "Sunday plans?

Kareena has been riding high on the success of her recent movie 'Crew' which also stars Tabu and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. The movie has been appreciated by fans and it has already crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is being trained by Yoga trainer Anshuka Parwani, who has worked with actors like Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Rakul Preet Singh to name a few.

Anshuka also posts many pictures of Kareena whenever she nails any asanas.

Anshuka has always been vocal about Kareena Kapoor being her first student. She has also spoken about how she got to know Kareena and Saif. She was asked by a friend to take the class for her and that's when she came to know Kareena.

In a chat with one of the YouTube channels, Anshuka had mentioned that after two minutes into the class she had forgotten who she was teaching and after the class she went home and slept. She then got a call from her friend and she informed me that 'you were amazing and she wants you to be back.'

On the professional front Kareena Kapoor Khan was seen in Netflix's movie 'Jaane Jaan', which was an adaptation of Higashino Keigo's novel 'The Devotion of Suspect X'. She was seen with ace actor Jaydeep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma. Kareena will be soon seen in Hansal Mehta's 'Buckingham Murders'. Crew is running successfully on screens.
