Salman Khan’s Panvel farmhouse has always been a topic of discussion over his grand birthday parties and intimate family gatherings. But according to Shehnaaz Gill, his off-screen life is as grounded and “desi” as it gets.
Speaking to Ranveer Allahbadia on his podcast, Shehnaaz recalled spending time at Salman’s farmhouse during the shoot of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The actress revealed that what many imagine as a place of luxury is actually filled with laughter, simplicity, and a whole lot of outdoor fun.
Talking about her experience, Shehnaaz shared, “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan … hum gaye the na sab, hum wahan rahe the ek do din ka stay kiya tha… bohot maze kiye wahan peh. Wahan peh kya, woh bikes waghera (ATVs) peh hum sab wahan gedi laga rahe the, idhar se udhar. Salman sir bhi berries todh rahe the.” (“We stayed there for a day or two and had a lot of fun. We were all riding ATVs around the farmhouse — and even Salman sir was plucking berries!”)
Shehnaaz further opened up about seeing a different side of Salman, one that the public rarely gets to witness. “Sir toh bohot desi hai. Full desi. Kaam karte hai bohot… farmers karte hai na jaise… pura waise,” she said, describing how the Dabangg actor enjoys simple, hands-on activities like farming and gardening.
Meanwhile, Shehnaaz Gill is riding high on the success of her Punjabi film Ikk Kudi, directed by Amarjit Singh. The actress, who plays a dual role in the movie, recently took to Instagram to thank fans, writing, “Thank you so much everyone! Our film has truly become word of mouth and is running successfully in theatres worldwide… your love means everything.”
Salman Khan continues to juggle his hosting duties on Bigg Boss and his upcoming action drama Battle of Galwan.
