Actress Priyanka Chopra has recently expressed her grief over Zarine Khan's sudden passing. She reminisced about happy times and said she would always be missed.

Priyanka took to her Instagram Story and wrote, “I'll always remember you with the greatest joy and incredible energy. You will be very missed Zarine aunty."

Zarine was a close friend of the actor's mother, Madhu, who also shared a post on her Instagram account. The tribute came as the Khan family and members of the film fraternity remembered Zarine.

Earlier this year, Zayed Khan, her son, wrote a heartfelt post for his mother. He wrote, "Nothing can truly be achieved without your mother’s blessings. Love and peace."

Sussanne also celebrated her mom’s birthday with a heartfelt post. She wrote, "All that I do and all that I create in my life has to do with the way you formed my heart, my mind and my grit. I am so honoured and grateful to be your little girl."

The Khan family has asked for privacy following Zarine’s demise. The family has received condolences from friends and well-wishers in the film industry.

Zarine Khan, the wife of veteran actor-filmmaker Sanjay Khan, passed away at her Mumbai home on Thursday due to age-related illness.

She became well-known in the social circles of the film industry as a result of this collaboration, which lasted for decades.

Zarine Khan is survived by her husband, Sanjay Khan, and their four kids, Zayed Khan, Farah Ali Khan, Simone Arora, and Sussanne Khan.
