Adding to the fun, actor Varun Dhawan, her co-star in the upcoming David Dhawan film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, joined the celebrations in his trademark cheeky style.

He shared a playful behind-the-scenes clip featuring Pooja, where she jokingly says, “Varun is making me cry,” as the actor teases her during a makeup session. When Varun asks the makeup artist about their secret tricks, Pooja quips, “It’s a secret. We can’t tell you.”

Varun also posted a hilarious birthday wish for his co-star, writing, “Happy bday pooja ji please share ur beauty hacks @hegdepooja and stop being mean to society.” — a message that had fans laughing and flooding social media with heart emojis.

The actress will soon share the screen with Varun Dhawan for the first time in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, a lively romantic comedy directed by David Dhawan.

The film’s title pays homage to the popular track “Hai Jawani Toh Pyaar Hona Hi Tha” from Biwi No. 1 — a nostalgic nod that already has fans buzzing with excitement.
