NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC Civil Services Final Exam Result 2023 on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, on the official website of the Commission - upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. The candidates who appeared for the UPSC CSE 2023 Written Examination in September 2023 and the interview round held between January 4 and April 9, 2024, are advised to visit the official website of the Commission to check and download their UPSC CSE Final Result 2023.

  • Open the official website of the UPSC - upsc.gov.in,  upsconline.nic.in or click on the direct result link provided above
  • Scroll on the UPSC website’s homepage to find the notification that reads ‘Civil Service Examinations 2023 Final Results’

UPSC Civil Services Exam 2023

Based on the UPSC CSE Final Result 2023, a total number of 1016 candidates have been recommended for appointment. The candidature of 355 recommended candidates has been kept provisional. The UPSC CSE Final Marks 2023 will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result.

With the UPSC CSE 2023 examinations, the Commission is looking forward to fill positions across various central government services, including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other central services and posts.

The UPSC CSE exam is conducted in three phases – Prelims, Mains and Interview Round. For the UPSC CSE 2023 recruitment examination, UPSC Prelims exam was held on May 28, the UPSC Mains exam was held on September 15, 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2023. Candidates who qualified UPSC Mains exam were called for the UPSC Interview Round which was held between January 4 and April 9, 2024. The UPSC CSE 2023 final result was announced today.
