RGUKT AP IIIT Selection Merit List 2025

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Andhra Pradesh, has released the RGUKT AP IIIT Selection Merit List 2025 today, June 23. The merit list and call letters for certificate verification are available on the official admission portal — admissions25.rgukt.in.

In a recent post on X, Nara Lokesh, Minister for Human Resources Development of Andhra Pradesh, announced the release of the RGUKT PUC selection list, stating that 50,541 students had applied for admission. Out of these, 4,040 candidates have been selected across four campuses—Nuzvid, RK Valley, Ongole, and Srikakulam—excluding special category seats. Highlighting the overwhelming representation of government school students, he said, "94.78% of the selected students are from Government Schools and 5.22% from Private Schools." He also noted the gender distribution among those selected, with 69.01% being girls and 30.99% boys. Lokesh urged students to download their provisional selection letters from rgukt.in and added that the information is also available via Mana Mitra WhatsApp number 9552300009. Extending his support, he said, "My best wishes to all successful candidates."

The selection list is published campus-wise for IIIT Nuzvid, RK Valley, Srikakulam, and Ongole, and is accessible in PDF format. Candidates can check their selection status by entering their application ID and date of birth. Only those who have been allotted a seat will be eligible to participate in the upcoming certificate verification process.

Certificate Verification Schedule and Reporting

The certificate verification for selected candidates will begin on June 30, 2025, and will take place across different campuses as per the schedule below:

The final reporting date to the respective campuses for admitted students is July 14, 2025. A separate selection process will be conducted for candidates under special categories.

• Father’s name
• Category
• Allotted campus
• Counselling date

1. Visit the official website: admissions25.rgukt.in
2. Click on the “Selection Merit List 2025” link
3. Enter your Application ID and Date of Birth
4. Download the PDF list and check your selection status
5. If selected, download the Call Letter for Phase 1 counselling
6. Check the certificate verification date and venue on the call letter
7. Print both documents and carry them to the designated verification center
