The conflict, which began on July 24, has led to intense military confrontations, including reports of shelling in four Thai provinces: Buriram, Surin, Si Sa Ket, and Ubon Ratchathani. Cambodian authorities claimed that sacred temple sites such as Tamone Thom, Ta Krabey, and Mom Bei were among the targets.
