BPO services major Genpact on October 28 announced the opening of its new office in Jodhpur in Rajasthan. This expansion is expected to create up to 5,000 jobs for local talent over the next five years, driving the company’s presence in the country.
The new Jodhpur hub will be used for delivering advanced technologies, AI solutions, and digital transformation services globally. Genpact’s investment in this region is part of its broader goal to access larger, more diverse talent pools across India, fuelling innovation and driving sustainable growth.
Piyush Mehta, CHRO and Country Manager, India, Genpact said: “By drawing on Jodhpur’s rich talent pool, we’re not only expanding our operations but also positioning ourselves to deliver cutting-edge AI and digital transformation services to clients worldwide.”
