Ahead of the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant which will take place from March 1-3, let us take a quick look at some of the wedding outfits worn by the ladies of the Ambani family on earlier occasions.
Isha Ambani was the first Ambani child to get married among the three. Isha wore a custom-made off-white Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga to her wedding, matched with her mother Nita's 35-year-old bridal saree. Her bridal lehenga had a 16-panel ghagra in two hues of off-white and a stunning trail. Isha Ambani presently holds the record for wearing the world's most expensive lehenga, her wedding lehenga which costs Rs 90 crore. Nita Ambani attended her son Akash Ambani and Sloka Ambani's wedding wearing an exquisitely embroidered Sabyasachi lehenga. Shades of turquoise, blue, and peach mixed to create beauty on a shimmering beige drape. A softer dupatta in pink with a dull gold sequin design was draped in a traditional method and worked wonderfully. On March 9, 2019, Akash Ambani, the son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, married Shloka Mehta, the daughter of Russell and Mona Mehta. The bride Shloka looked stunning in her wedding trousseau made by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The most detailed zardozi jaali was meticulously hand-embroidered with jadau and zardosi cutwork.
