Jatadhara earned well at box office

Sonakshi Sinha starrer Jatadhara continues to enjoy a decent run at the box office. The supernatural thriller officially hit the theatres on Friday, November 7.

The film's performance over the weekend, which brought in Rs 4.62 crores (gross), shocked everyone.

It consistently made Rs 5.30 crores (gross) on Monday, and on Tuesday, it pulled off another surprise by making an astounding Rs 6.05 cr (gross) at the box office.

The positive word-of-mouth and the devotional material have struck a universal chord with viewers.

The movie has been warmly received by viewers and has become a huge hit with viewers. Sudheer Babu's performance, Sonakshi Sinha's ominous Avatar, Shilpa Shirodkar's performance, as well as the breathtaking visuals, have been praised by the audience.

Divya Khossla makes a special appearance alongside Sonakshi Sinha, Shilpa Shirodkar, Indira Krishna, Ravi Prakash, Naveen Neni, Rohit Pathak, Jhansi, Rajeev Kanakala, and Subhalekha Sudhakar in this bilingual supernatural fantasy thriller, which is presented by Zee Studios and Prerna Arora.

Jatadhara is produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Prerna Arora, Shilpa Singhal, and Nikhil Nanda, with Akshay Kejriwal and Kussum Arora as co-producers, Divya Vijay as Creative Producer, and Bhavini Goswami as Supervising Producer.

The film explores the delicate balance between science, faith, and mysticism against the heavenly setting of the Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple.

The film, which was written and directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, centres on Shiv (Sudheer Babu), a sceptic ghost hunter who is plagued by dreams about a woman killing a child. A complex mystery involving the mysterious Dhan Pishachini (Sonakshi Sinha), a mythological demon known to guard wealth, is revealed to him after he finds an enigmatic picture in his own home.
