Kapil Sharma is back to tickle funny bones with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, a sequel that promises even more chaos, confusion, and charm than the 2015 hit. The makers officially announced that the comedy entertainer will hit theatres on December 12, 2025, setting the stage for a laughter-filled end to the year.
The announcement came through a playful Instagram post shared by Kapil on October 23. The video teaser revealed the film’s vibrant poster, featuring the full cast. Kapil captioned it, “Get ready for double the confusion, and four times the fun! #KisKiskoPyaarKaroon2 — laugh riot begins only in cinemas on 12th December 2025.” The post instantly went viral, sparking nostalgia among fans who fondly remember Kapil’s big-screen debut as the charming yet chronically confused man juggling multiple relationships.
The sequel, directed by writer Anukal Goswami, takes the baton from the iconic duo Abbas–Mustan, who helmed the original. Goswami, who co-wrote the first part and worked with Kapil on The Kapil Sharma Show, now steps into the director’s chair. Abbas–Mustan, meanwhile, have turned producers along with Ratan and Ganesh Jain. The move marks a creative shift, with the sequel expected to focus more on character-driven humor and situational gags rather than slapstick chaos.
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 stars Manjot Singh in a key role, along with actresses Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan. The cast lineup hints at fresh dynamics and new comic conflicts. Insiders say the film continues the theme of “accidental polygamy,” but this time, Kapil’s character faces “double trouble” when his old lies catch up with new ones, leading to a tangle of misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and emotional messes.

The 2015 original was a box office success, praised for its fast-paced humor and Kapil’s effortless comic timing. It became one of the most successful Bollywood debuts for a television comedian. The sequel aims to recreate that magic with sharper writing, modern relationship quirks, and a more relatable dose of urban madness.
With Kapil returning to form after his appearance in Crew (2024), Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is shaping up to be a major year-end crowd-puller. Fans can expect a perfect mix of romance, comedy, and confusion — all delivered in Kapil Sharma’s trademark style.
