Bulk deals: Two promoters exit Nirlon, Nandan Nilekani's son buys stake

Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani bought 22,52,041 shares or a 2.49 percent stake in Nirlon for average price of Rs 430

    Promoter entity Alfano PTE on March 12 exited Nirlon by offloading 9.23 lakh shares, or a 1.02 percent stake, in the company for Rs 430 per share. Another promoter, Kunal Virenchee Sagar, also offloaded his entire stake of 1.47 percent, or 13.29 lakh shares, for Rs 430.

    Meanwhile, Nihar Nandan Nilekani, son of Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, bought 22,52,041 shares, or a 2.49 percent stake, in Nirlon for Rs 430 per share.

    Nirlon stock went down 1.23 percent to Rs 430.05 on BSE.

    In KFin Technologies, Kotak Mahindra Bank sold 34.7 lakh shares, or a 2.03 percent stake at an average price of Rs 600.28. Kotak Mahindra held a 9.8 percent stake in KFin Technologies till December 2023.

    Shares of KFin Technologies fell 5.29 percent to Rs 594.8 on NSE.

    In Onward Technologies, WhiteOak India Equity Fund IV sold 1.25 lakh shares or 0.55 percent stake at an average price of Rs 463.81.Onward Technologies stock fell 4.57 percent to Rs 460 on NSE.

    In Macrotech Developers, promoter entity Sambhavnath Infrabuild and Farms sold 49.72 lakh shares or 0.49 percent stake for Rs 1,180.02 per share. Sambhavnath Infrabuild And Farms held a 27.49 percent stake in the company as of December 2023.

    Shares of Macrotech Developers declined 5.67 percent to Rs 1,113.9 on NSE.

    In Indian Terrain Fashions, Polaris Banyan Holding acquired 3.05 lakh shares, a 0.68 percent stake, for Rs 76.53 per share. Indian Terrain Fashions stock plummeted 3.85 percent to Rs 77.35 on NSE.

    In Hi Green Carbon, Stellar Wealth Partners India Fund I LP picked up 1.39 lakh shares, a 0.56 percent stake at an average price of Rs 169.96. Shares of Hi Green Carbon fell 1.5 percent to Rs 157.85 on NSE.

    In Aartech Solonics, Chanakya Opportunities Fund I bought 60,000 shares or 0.56 percent stake at Rs 155.5 per share. Aartech Solonics stock fell 4.99 percent to Rs 155.1 on NSE.
