Bulk deals : Peak XV Partners sells 1.23 crore shares in Honasa Consumer

The Government of Singapore bought 13.16 lakh shares in PNB Housing Finance for an average price of Rs 1,097.3.

Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 24.17 lakh shares in Honasa Consumer for an average price of Rs 495 via a bulk deal on September 12. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company bought 28.78 lakh shares in Honasa Consumer for an average price of Rs 495.

On the sellers side, Peak XV Partners Investments VI sold 1.23 crore, Stellaris Venture Partners India I sold 45.3 lakh shares, Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund III - U.S./India Annex Fund L.P. sold 28.71 lakh shares, Fireside Ventures Investment Fund I sold 65.38 lakh shares, and Sofina Ventures S.A. sold 60.15 lakh shares in Honasa Consumer.

As of June 3o, Peak XV Partners Investments VI  had 18.69 percent stake in Honasa Consumer. While Stellaris Venture Partners, Fireside Ventures Investment Fund I, Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund III - U.S, Sofina Ventures S.A. had a 4.75 percent, 4.28 percent, 4.35 percent, and 5.16 percent respectively.

The Government of Singapore bought 13.16 lakh shares in PNB Housing Finance for an average price of Rs 1,097.3. While, Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) Limited sold 16.22 lakh shares in PNB Housing Finance for an average price of Rs 1,097.3.

Tano Investment Opportunities Fund sold 62,400 shares in Yudiz Solutions for an average price of Rs 55.03.

Antara India Evergreen Fund Ltd (FPI) bought 64,000 shares in Naman In-Store (India) for an average price of Rs 191.

NAV Capital VCC - NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund bought 1.84 lakh shares in Indian Phosphate for an average price of Rs 138.05.

Block deals

Around 16.22 lakh shares of Arvind Fashions were sold via a block deal on September 12.

PNB Housing Finance

Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) Limited sold 16.22 lakh (0.62 percent) shares of PNB Housing Finance at Rs 1,097.3 per share.

Goldman Sachs (Singapore) PTE.- ODI bought 92,000 shares (0.04 percent), the Monetary Authority of Singapore also bought 2.14 lakh shares (0.08 percent) and the Government of Singapore acquired 13.17 lakh shares (0.51 percent).

At close, the stock was trading at 0.25 percent lower at Rs 1,105.60.
