    Stocks To Watch

    ITD Cementation

    The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of up to 72.64% shareholding in ITD Cementation India by Renew Exim DMCC. Renew Exim DMCC, incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, belongs to the Adani group. Renew Exim DMCC will acquire 46.64% equity (8.01 crore shares) in ITD Cementation India and has launched an open offer for the further acquisition of up to 26% equity (4.46 crore shares) of ITD Cementation.

    OneSource Specialty Pharma

    The company has received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) status from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its BLD facility in Bangalore. The inspection of the facility was conducted from November 14-22, 2024.

    Lloyds Enterprises

    The Board has approved further investment to acquire a 12.25% equity stake in Lloyds Infrastructure and Construction. The cost of acquisition is Rs 14.2 crore. Post-acquisition, Lloyds Enterprises' stake in Lloyds Infrastructure will increase to 24.5%.

    IDFC First Bank

    The Board has appointed Nitin Chauhan as the Chief Information Security Officer of the bank, effective January 28.

    HG Infra Engineering

    The company's subsidiary, HG Green Energy, has transferred 26% of its partial stake from 8 subsidiaries to Stockwell Solar Services. After the stake transfer, these eight entities ceased to be wholly owned subsidiaries of the company; however, they continue to be subsidiaries of the company.

    Grasim Industries

    The State Tax Officer, Tamil Nadu, conducted an inspection at the marketing office and the depot of the company's cellulosic fashion yarn business in Salem on January 22. Subsequently, on January 25, the GST officer passed an order and seized depot records, alleging discrepancies between records available on the GST portal and records furnished by the company. The order is not expected to have any material impact on the company’s financials, operations, or other activities.
