Amplus Ampere Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) floated by Amplus Energy Solutions PTE LTD, is focused on generating and distributing power from solar power plants in India. As of FY25, Amplus Ampere has a paid-up capital of ₹100,000 and recorded NIL turnover.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to be completed within 1-2 weeks. This investment will enable NRB Bearings to source solar power for a capacity of up to 15 MWp, located in Maharashtra, thereby increasing the company's utilization of renewable energy.
