Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited announced the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) and Performance Linked Stock Unit Scheme. The decision was made by the Allotment Committee on September 19, 2025, at 2:12 p.m.
The allotment includes shares under the “NAM INDIA ESOP 2017,” “NAM INDIA ESOP 2019,” “NAM INDIA ESOP 2023,” and “NAM INDIA PSU 2023” schemes.
As a result of this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased to ₹6,366.47 Crore.
