Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited has allotted 4,29,494 equity shares under its employee stock option plans, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹6,364.91 crore.
The allotment includes shares under the “NAM INDIA ESOP 2017,” “NAM INDIA ESOP 2019,” “NAM INDIA ESOP Scheme 2023,” and “NAM INDIA PSU 2023” plans.
