Bulk deals: Godrej Industries picks up 1.07% stake in Godrej Properties

Around 1.32 crore shares  were traded via bulks deals on December 12. The total value of the deals was around Rs 4,933.69 crore.

Cantabil Retail Ltd

Capri Global Holdings Private Limited purchased 4.5 lakh shares (0.54 percent) at Rs 254.79 per share.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers Ltd

Algoquant Financials LLP picked up 1.2 lakh shares at Rs 180.5 per share. Yuga Stocks and Commodities Private Limited purchased 3.93 lakh shares and Neo Apex Share Broking Services LLP bought 5.16 lakh shares. Cinco Stock Vision LLP also acquired 1.2 lakh shares.

Kernex Microsystems (India)

Anant Jain sold 1.68 lakh shares (1 percent) at Rs 1,383 per share.

MTAR Technologies Limited

Promoters Dwaram Anitha Reddy sold 4.4 lakh shares (1.43 percent) at Rs 1,650.86 per share while Ushareddy Chigarapalli offloaded 3.55 lakh shares (1.16 percent) at Rs 1,656.67 per share. Anitha Reddy Dwaram also sold 3.5 lakh shares (1.14 percent) at Rs 1,650.01 per share, and Usha Reddy Chigarapalli sold 3.5 lakh shares (1.14 percent) at Rs 1,651.45 per share.

Neuland Laboratories Ltd

Smallcap World Fund Inc sold 4.84 lakh shares (3.78 percent) at Rs 15,618.16 per share.

Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd
Kotak Emerging Equity Scheme picked up 2.71 lakh shares (0.76 percent) at Rs 6,851 per share. Sellers included Ecap Equities Limited that sold 12.15 lakh shares (3.72 percent) and Edel Finance Company Limited that sold 13.34 lakh shares (3.39 percent).

Pitti Engineering Ltd

Around 2.04 lakh shares (0.54 percent) were sold by promoter Akshay Sharad Pitti at Rs 1,410.01 per share.

Godrej Properties Ltd

Promoter entity Godrej Industries Ltd bought 32.31 lakh shares (1.07 percent) at Rs 2,940 per share via separate block and bulk deals today. Innovia Multiventures LLP was the seller.
