Four investors including Swyom India Alpha Fund buy 3.56% stake in Jinkushal Industries on its market debut

Among four investors, Swyom India Alpha Fund has bought additional 4 lakh shares (1.04 percent stake) in Jinkushal at Rs 125 per share, amounting to Rs 5 crore.

    Four investors including Swyom India Alpha Fund and Takht Financial acquired 3.56 percent stake in Jinkushal Industries, the construction machinery exporter, on its market debut on October 3.

    Jinkushal shares fell sharply after opening at Rs 125 against issue price of Rs 121 and locked in 5 percent lower circuit at Rs 118.75 during 10:27 and 14:42 hours IST. The circuit was opened at 14:43 hours IST and the stock gradually gained strength to final settle at Rs 121.66 on the NSE, up 0.55 percent.

    Among four investors, Swyom India Alpha Fund has bought additional 4 lakh shares (1.04 percent stake) in Jinkushal at Rs 125 per share, amounting to Rs 5 crore. As per the latest shareholding pattern, Swyom India held 1.13 percent stake in the company.

    Further, Wellknown Vinimay bought 2.2 lakh shares in Jinkushal at Rs 124.67 per share, Takht Financial 3.86 lakh shares at Rs 124.97 per share, and Agarwal Nikita 3.6 lakh shares at Rs 125 per share.

    Sammaan Capital remained in focus for another session, which saw 2.68 percent fall to finish at Rs 165.03 after strong rally in the past week. BNP Paribas Financial Markets has acquired 58.98 lakh shares at Rs 164.42 per share, valued at Rs 96.97 crore, especially after International Holding Company through Avenir Investment RSC acquired 43.46 percent stake in Sammaan Capital for Rs 8,850 crore.

    The action was also seen in Cube Highways Trust. 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund and 360 ONE Prime bought 1.42 crore units in Cube (1.06 percent stake) at Rs 134 per unit, valued a Rs 190.28 crore.

    Meanwhile, Eternal, the food delivery giant, saw block deals for second straight session. BofA Securities Europe SA acquired 1.08 crore shares (0.11 percent stake) in the company at Rs 329 per share for Rs 355.32 crore, from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE - ODI. The stock closed at Rs 328.45, down 0.17 percent.
