Ace investor Ashish Dhawan added four new stocks to his portfolio and increased his holdings in two existing ones during the June quarter, as per recent shareholding pattern data.
As of the June 2025 quarter, Dhawan held 15 stocks with a total portfolio value of Rs 3,282 crore, an increase of 8.2 percent from Rs 3,033 crore in the March quarter when his portfolio comprised 14 stocks.
Dhawan's name appeared in the shareholding data of four newly added companies - RPSG Ventures, Northern ARC Capital, Digitide Solutions, and Bluspring Enterprises - with a combined value of these new additions at over Rs 400 crore.
The renowned investor also increased his stake in two existing holdings - Religare Enterprises and Equitas Small Finance Bank - with the combined additional investment estimated at around Rs 15.2 crore.
At the same time, Dhawan fully exited his position in Arvind Fashions and marginally trimmed his stake in Glenmark Pharma. His name no longer appears in Arvind Fashions' shareholding disclosures, though it remains unclear whether he sold his entire stake or if his holding simply fell below the one percent reporting threshold. As of the March 2025 quarter, Dhawan held 13.65 lakh shares (1.03 percent) in Arvind Fashions, valued at Rs 66.2 crore.
In Glenmark Pharma, he reduced his stake by 15 lakh shares, from 50 lakh in March to 35 lakh in June, with the value of shares offloaded at around Rs 263 crore during the quarter.

Among Dhawan's top five holdings, Glenmark Pharma remains the largest, with around 35 lakh shares valued at over Rs 750 crore, followed by IDFC First Bank and Religare Enterprises, where Dhawan holds 9.25 crore and 1.37 crore shares valued at over Rs 650 crore and Rs 377 crore, respectively.
Other major investments include M&M Financial Services (1.46 crore shares) and AGI Greenpac (31 lakh shares), with estimated valuations of Rs 370 crore and Rs 290 crore, respectively.
