• Profit Before Tax: Profit before tax stood at ₹1,453 million, slightly lower than ₹1,516 million in the same quarter last year.

• Net Profit: Net profit decreased to ₹1,279 million, as against ₹1,477 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

• Exceptional Items: Exceptional items include a profit from the sale of the "Equals Two" brand by Zydus Wellness Products Limited to Zydus Lifesciences Limited, amounting to ₹59 million.

• Tax Expense: Deferred tax expense for the quarter includes a net reversal of Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT) credit entitlement amounting to ₹146 million.
