    Will sell 6-7 lakh tonne of alumina & 2 lakh tonne of aluminium in H2FY18: NALCO

    National Aluminium Company's (NALCO) Q2 earnings were steady and in-line with expectations. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, TK Chand, CMD of NALCO spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

    National Aluminium Company's (NALCO) Q2 earnings were steady and in-line with expectations. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, TK Chand, CMD of NALCO spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

    We will sell around 6-7 lakh tonne of alumina and 2 lakh tonne of aluminium in the second half of FY18, said Chand.

    He further said that alumina prices have corrected to USD 502 from USD 527.

    Chand added that average alumina price is hovering around USD 502 so far.

    NALCO enjoys 8-9 percent higher price than aluminum index, Chand added.
