The Board of Directors of Nazara Technologies has approved the sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of face value of ₹4/- each, fully paid-up, into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of ₹2/- each, fully paid-up. Additionally, the board has approved the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity share of face value ₹2/- each for every 1 (One) equity share of face value ₹2/- each, fully paid up.

This decision was taken by the shareholders of Nazara Technologies Limited through postal ballot via remote e-voting on September 15, 2025.
