Dixon Technologies is in focus after the company signs a design, manufacturing and supply agreement with Flipkart for a number of electrical appliances.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Sunil Vachani, Promoter & Chairman of Dixon Technologies discussed the details of the agreement.
Vachani said this tie-up reflects the growing strength of the 'Make in India' campaign, it also reflects the strength of the Indian companies in design and manufacturing.
We will offer original design manufactured products to Flipkart, said Vachani.
Flipkart will own the private label 'MARQ', he added.
He further said that dispatch of production for Flipkart already started.
