The weekend is over but it’s hard to not talk about the extravagant parade of designer outfits at the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's star-studded sangeet ceremony. Graced by Bollywood, Hollywood celebrities and top industrialists in Mumbai, the event was a dazzling display of extravagant outfits adorned with gold and diamonds. In the glittering line-up, these three looks by Manish Malhotra stood out for Ambani women, who slayed shimmer in style.

Pretty in peach:

Nita Ambani looked beautiful and ever so graceful in a custom-made ivory lehenga with vintage multi-hued traditional zardosi embroidery by designer Manish Malhotra. The ensemble featured a handwoven Banarasi tissue dupatta in peace hues accentuated with hand-embroidered intricate zari borders and a timeless blouse inspired by the craftsmanship of heritage meenakari kundan jewellery. She paired this stunning outfit with one-of-a-kind emerald earrings and a statement necklace that added a touch of opulence. She kept her makeup natural, opting for a pretty pink lip color and a peachy glow, completing her elegant look.

Sharing some elegant pictures of Mrs Ambani, the designer wrote, “Beautiful and ever so Graceful #MrsNitaAmbani in a Custom Made ivory Lehenga with vintage multi hued traditional zardosi Embroidery... woven banarsi tissue dupatta with hand embroidered timeless intricate zari borders and a timeless blouse inspired by the craftsmanship of our heritage meenakari kundan jewellery.” (SIC)

Isha’s emerald green and silver look

Isha Ambani dazzled in a contemporary lehenga set by the renowned designer Manish Malhotra. Her ensemble featured a brilliant silver lehenga skirt paired with a striking dual-tone one-shoulder blouse in silver and emerald, adorned with emerald green Swarovski crystals. The blouse, with its asymmetrical design, cut-out neckline, fitted bust, and cropped silhouette, showcased Malhotra's creative brilliance. Complementing the blouse, the A-line skirt had a high-rise waist, minimal flare, and a floor-grazing hem, making it a standout choice for the wedding festivities. She styled her ensemble with an exquisite selection of emerald and diamond jewellery, including designer earrings, a choker necklace, rings, and a bracelet. To complete her look, she chose makeup that highlighted her thick brows, smoky eyes and a nude lip colour with rosy cheeks.

The designer shared the details of the garment and exclusive pictures of Isha on his social media, “Our Fashionista @mamamagish  Stunning in a Custom Made metallic crusted sequin lehanga inspired by the classic combination of diamonds and emeralds .. this style statement ensemble of emerald green and silver crusted with swarvoski , metal squares is mesmerising on Isha. Filmy vibes for Shloka Mehta:

Shloka Mehta, the eldest daughter-in-law of the Ambani family, made a memorable appearance by reinventing one of Bollywood's most iconic looks. Designer Manish Malhotra delved into his archives to recreate Kareena Kapoor's Bole Chudiyaan look from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham for Shloka. She paired the glittering one-shoulder backless blouse with stunning diamond jewellery and styled her hair in a sleek high ponytail, exuding timeless elegance and charm.

Calling her “PHAT”, the designer wrote, “While conceptualising the sangeet look we wanted to go for something fun, elegant and “iconic”. After multiple rounds of discussions, we thought of dipping into the archives and recreated the OG @manishmalhotra05 ‘bole chudiyan’ look. It was an absolute blast!!!” (SIC)
