According to Dr Rohini Patil, MBBS and Nutritionist says that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and recommends adding foods like almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and Greek yogurt amongst others which are rich in essential nutrients like protein, healthy fats, and other essential vitamins and minerals.
