Dark chocolate is often hailed as a guilt-free treat, thanks largely to its flavour and high antioxidant levels. But did you know that these indulgences are also good for your gut health. A number of studies have confirmed that regular consumption of chocolates, particularly the dark variety, leads to a more balanced gut microbiota and improved gut function.
