Smriti Madhana new video from sangeet goes viral

What began as a joyful, heartfelt celebration in Sangli has slowly turned into one of the most emotionally charged off-field stories of the year.

Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal’s wedding, once expected to be a warm, intimate event has instead become clouded by sudden health scares, social-media speculation, and now a viral video that has left fans concerned.

A brief video clip from the couple's sangeet has now gone viral on social media where Palash can be seen dancing enthusiastically while surrounded by guests who are enjoying the music in the widely shared video, but Smriti is quiet, reserved, and clearly far away. She clearly looks blank and disturbed.

As others cheer, clap, and raise their hands, she stands still, looking lost and troubled. The contrast raised eyebrows, and many fans interpreted her expression as a sign of emotional exhaustion.

Sangli, Maharashtra, was the planned location of the couple's wedding. However, the celebrations abruptly ended when Smriti Mandhana's father had a heart attack just hours before the ceremony.

The families were forced to postpone the ceremony indefinitely because he needed to be taken to the hospital.

The unexpected emergency deeply affected everyone present, and soon after, the stress reportedly took a toll on Palash as well.

He, too, was admitted to a hospital before later being discharged and moved to Mumbai. Although both have recovered enough to return home, neither side has announced a new wedding date. The silence has only amplified the tension and uncertainty.

In the days that followed, rumors proliferated on social media. Screenshots from an unidentified girl's leaked chat that claimed Palash had cheated on Smriti started making the rounds. The claims, though unconfirmed, made an already unsettling situation even more unsettling.

Amita Muchhal, Palash's mother, has intervened to stabilize the story amid this whirlwind of rumors and conjecture. Speaking to Hindustan Times, she acknowledged the emotional strain both families have endured.

“Smriti and Palash dono takleef mein hain,” she said, emphasising how overwhelming the sudden medical emergencies were for everyone involved.

Amita also revealed how excited Palash had been to bring Smriti home as his bride. “Palash dreamt of coming home with his bride. I had even planned a special welcome. Everything will be fine, shaadi bohot jaldi hogi,” she added, holding onto hope despite the silence.

With Smriti removing all wedding-related posts from her social media and no new updates from either side, fans continue to wonder what lies ahead.
