A Russian YouTuber and influencer's video, in which a group of drunk Indian men allegedly harassed her and a Thai friend of hers, has gone viral, with social media users praising her reaction to the incident while slamming the men for their behaviour.
In the video, 23-year-old Oksana, who is based in Portugal and has over two million followers on Instagram, was seen recording a video with her friend from Thailand when they were approached by a group of Indian men. After a couple of exchanges regarding where they were from, the men proceeded to hug the women and force them to take selfies with them. Oksana backed out immediately but when the men surrounded her friend, she threatened to beat them up if they did not walk away. "Why are you touching her? What the he**! One more move and I'm going to beat your a**, you hear me?" she said before walking away with her friend.
Oksana did not specify where the incident took place but wrote, "Some drunk people are just..." The reel received more than six lakh likes on Instagram.
The comment section of the reel was flooded with users applauding how Oksana managed the situation.
"Loved the way you threatened him," said one user, while another added, "You're so brave, Oksana."
Several other users also highlighted how Indians bring shame to the country with such acts. "It's not all Indians, but it's always the Indians," said a user. "Typical Indian behaviour when they see a foreigner," commented another.
