Anupamaa star Sukirti Kandpal aka Shruti to exit the Rupali Ganguly starrer show

Addressing her open ended exit from the show she said, "As of now according to me the track has concluded.”

The Star Plus series 'Anupamaa' recently delivered an intense episode as Shruti's scheme against Anupama was unveiled before Anuj and the entire Shah family. In a dramatic turn, Shruti penned a letter to Anuj and then left for the USA, seemingly concluding her arc.

In an recent interview, actress Sukirti Kandpal, who plays Shruti, shared her thoughts on the latest developments, fans' reactions, and what lies ahead.

She said, “The current track of the show is basically a mix of all the emotions of love, jealousy, insecurity, and how it all plays out. According to me, it's very beautiful how it shows we are all humans. It's a humanising one, in my opinion.”

She spoke about the reaction she got from fans, "Well, I get a lot of fan feedback; a lot of them want to know how I maintain myself, how I keep my hair, my skin. They're fond of my makeup, and my dressing sense which is quite surprising because even I don't notice all this about myself. They also really like my nails,  which I take as a compliment. And then of course some of them are not so pleasing but that's ok I think if you want to please everybody you should sell ice cream not be an actor.”

Following Shruti's departure from Anuj's life, viewers can anticipate a significant plot twist: Anuj finally confessing his love for Anupamaa. Whether this leads to them starting afresh remains to be seen, promising an intriguing storyline.

Reports detail another upcoming dramatic event in 'Anupamaa', which will occur during Titu and Dimpy's wedding. The entire Shah family will be overjoyed as the couple exchanges vows. However, the ceremony takes an unexpected turn when an elderly woman arrives at the venue. Titu rushes to greet her, revealing her identity as his mother.

The plot thickens when Vanraj confronts Titu, accusing him of deceiving the family by concealing the truth about his mother. It is unveiled that Titu's mother had been imprisoned for the alleged murder of her husband. Vanraj's anger boils over as he castigates Titu for his deceit.
