Actress Namrata Shirodkar, Shilpa's sister, and Mahesh Babu are one of the most beloved couples in the movie business. On the set of their movie Vamsi, in which they starred opposite one another, their romance started in 2000.

They married in 2005 in a small, traditional South Indian wedding in Chennai, which was attended by close friends, family, and well-wishers. Their on-screen relationship quickly turned into a real-life romance.

With two children, a daughter named Sitara and a son named Gautham, the couple has created a lovely family over the years.
