Mahesh Babu turns 49 today

Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu turns 50 today, and fans cannot wait to watch him on the big screen with SSMB29. One of the most well-known actors in Telugu films is Mahesh Babu. Some people call him the "Prince of Tollywood" since he has a lot of fans and is quite charming on screen. On August 9, 1975, veteran actor Krishna gave birth to Mahesh. He began his career as a kid actor and obtained his first lead role in Raja Kumarudu (1999), which gained him the nickname "Prince."

Some of his most popular movies are Okkadu, Pokiri, Srimanthudu, and Bharat Ane Nenu. He has won a lot of honours, including the Nandi Awards, the Filmfare Awards South, and others. Mahesh Babu is a big star in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but he's also famous all over India for being humble, adaptable, and putting up excellent performances without being too showy. He is also known for his kind nature and perfect style.

Telugu Star Fights for Himself

In a public interview with the press, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu answered the question that keeps coming up about his first Bollywood movie with the candid declaration, "Bollywood can't afford me."

The actor stated that Hindi filmmakers had made him a lot of offers over the years, but the remuneration and creative terms were never as excellent as what he gets in Telugu movies. He said he doesn't want to "waste time" working anywhere else because he gets popularity, recognition, and creative satisfaction in his own industry.

Not Disrespect, Just a Decision

Mahesh made it clear that his comment was not meant to insult Bollywood after it started a lot of talk on social media. He made it plain that he respects all film industries and languages. He is quite delighted with his role in Telugu cinema, especially now that South Indian movies are popular all throughout India.

Kangana Ranaut is on your side.

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut came out in support of Mahesh Babu, adding that his statement demonstrated how strong the Telugu market is getting. She praised the new generation of South Indian filmmakers for making their movies renowned all over the country and said there was no need to make a big deal out of what she said.

Responses from the industry Veteran Mukesh Bhatt, a Bollywood producer, also agreed with what Mahesh said. He answered, "That's fine if Bollywood can't pay his price." He also added that it's not terrible for an actor to know how much he is worth.

Mahesh Babu's comment is courageous, but it comes from a place of confidence in his work and happiness that Telugu movies are becoming more popular. This doesn't mean that Bollywood is awful; it just means that regional businesses are now as big as Hindi movies on the national stage.
