Bollywood megastar Salman Khan faced an unexpected moment at the premiere of Sitaare Zameen Par on June 19 in Mumbai. The actor, who attended the screening to support longtime friend and Andaz Apna Apna co-star Aamir Khan, found himself struggling to exit the venue after a man tried to get too close in the middle of a crowded situation.

A video from the premiere has gone viral, showing Salman leaving the venue while a sea of paparazzi and fans gathered around to catch a glimpse of the Sikandar actor. Amidst the chaos, an unidentified man attempted to approach Salman, raising security concerns.

Fortunately, Salman’s bodyguards acted swiftly, forming a protective barrier around the actor and safely escorting him out. Throughout the incident, Salman remained composed and chose to ignore the disruption, looking the other way as his security team handled the matter.

This incident is a reminder of the heightened security surrounding the actor in recent years. Salman Khan has been under threat since 2018, when gangster Lawrence Bishnoi allegedly threatened his life over the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. The episode further emphasized the need for strict security during public appearances.

Despite the scare, Salman was seen enjoying the evening, especially during his lighthearted interaction with Aamir Khan and the media. The actor humorously revealed that he had shown interest in starring in Sitaare Zameen Par. “Aamir invited me to hear the script. I loved it and even said yes. Then he calls me later and says he’s making the film himself!” Salman shared with a smile.
