Hania Aamir, a Pakistani actress, has recently become very popular not only in her native country but also among Indian and international fans. She has a growing fan base thanks to her lively social media posts, Bollywood dance videos, and easygoing demeanour.
However, her growing popularity abroad hasn't struck a chord with everyone. Nadia Khan, her co-star, recently expressed her disapproval, saying that she believes Hania is wasting her time by attempting to establish relationships outside of the border.
During her appearance on the show Kya Drama Hai With Mukarram Kaleem, she spoke about how Hania is focusing more on the Indian audience these days.
A clip from the show has surfaced on Instagram, in which she said, "Time waste kar rahi hai Hania... Yeh jo India ki PR ho rahi hai. She is wasting her time... because past mein hum dekh chuke hai... (Hania is wasting her time... this whole PR thing with India. She’s wasting her time... because we’ve seen this before in the past.)
The remarks appear to allude to the unofficial ban imposed on Pakistani artists participating in Indian cinema, a consequence of ongoing political tensions between the two nations.
"Sunna hai jo woh movie kar rahi hai Diljit ke saath.... woh abhi se shuru hogaya ke bhai ban karo usse. Yeh itna time waste karne ke bajaye kahin aur lagaein.. Yeh networking ka koi fayda nahi hai (I’ve heard that the movie she’s doing with Diljit... people have already started saying, “Ban her.” Instead of wasting so much time on this, she should focus her efforts elsewhere. This kind of networking is of no use.)"
Hania recently grabbed headlines as she was seen dancing to the tunes of Bollywood song Ding Dong Bole during a friend's wedding.
Last year, Hania also attended Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah's concerts and shared a great camaraderie on stage with both the artists.
