Prime Video has dropped the trailer for The Family Man Season 3, and the stakes have never been higher for Srikant Tiwari. The hit spy-thriller from creators Raj & DK returns on November 21, and this time, the beloved intelligence officer is not just chasing enemies, he’s the one being hunted.

The new season throws Srikant (Manoj Bajpayee) into crisis mode from the very first frame. A man who has always struggled to balance national duty with domestic responsibilities now finds his personal and professional worlds collapsing at once. On the run with his family, Srikant is being pursued by dangerous new adversaries, played by Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur, and even by TASC, the intelligence unit he once served.

The trailer hints at a tense, tightly wound narrative. The trademark Raj & DK blend of humor tucked inside high-stakes espionage remains intact, but the tone feels darker. Srikant is cornered, exhausted, and desperate. The hunter turning into the hunted gives this season a fresh emotional core—one where guilt, fear, and instinct collide.

The returning ensemble cast continues to anchor the show’s realism. Priyamani once again plays Suchitra, whose strained marriage to Srikant reaches new turbulence. Sharib Hashmi’s JK Talpade remains the loyal friend and agent viewers have deeply connected with. Ashlesha Thakur and Vedant Sinha, as Dhriti and Atharv, step further into the narrative as the children forced into a situation they barely understand.

Joining them are Nimrat Kaur and Jaideep Ahlawat—two actors known for textured, layered performances. Raj & DK describe their characters, Meera and Rukma, as forces that push Srikant to breaking point. The creators say this season “turns Srikant’s covert professional and fragile personal life upside down,” promising tension that is not just external but psychological.

Manoj Bajpayee calls Season 3 a true escalation. “The new season is bigger, bolder, and more exciting but also raises the stakes higher than ever,” he says. He adds that fans have asked him for years about Srikant’s return, and that he, too, was hungry to step back into the role.

For Nimrat Kaur, joining the show was “a dream come true,” while Jaideep Ahlawat notes that audiences will see him in a surprising new shade.

The Family Man has built a rare connection with audiences by grounding espionage in everyday middle-class reality. Season 3 now stretches that reality to the edge. The fight is no longer just for the country—it’s for survival.
The Family Man Season 3 streams on Prime Video from November 21 in over 240 countries and territories.
