Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited film Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, has been making headlines for a while due to its star-studded cast and the immense anticipation surrounding the project.
Alongside Ranbir, Sai Pallavi is set to play a significant role in this epic retelling of the ancient mythological tale. Recently, another celebrated television actor, Ravi Dubey, confirmed that he will portray Lakshman, a key character in the story.

In a recent interview, Ravi Dubey also praised Ranbir Kapoor and called him one of the most commercial actors of this generation.
Talking to Connect Cine, Ravi Dubey opened about his role and said, "Playing Lakshman is an honor and a responsibility. His devotion to his brother Ram and his values are qualities I deeply admire. This is a role I hold close to my heart."
"Every time he is in front of camera, you will see he has been at it. He is the only commercial, viable artist of this generation," the actor added.
This Diwali, Namit Malhotra, the producer of Ramayana, announced the release dates for both parts of the highly anticipated film. Along with the announcement, the first poster of the two-part epic was also unveiled.
