Ram Charan and wife Upasana land in Mumbai to attend Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant’s wedding

The upcoming nuptials of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are creating a significant buzz, with their pre-wedding celebrations captivating the internet. These festivities have been marked by star-studded gatherings where Bollywood celebrities dazzle in exquisite designer outfits. As the grand wedding day approaches, the arrival of celebrities who were out of Mumbai has begun, with Ram Charan being the latest notable addition to the guest list.

In a viral video shared by Artistry Buzz on Instagram, Ram Charan is seen exiting the Mumbai airport along with his team. The RRR actor looked sharp in an all-black ensemble, donning a black t-shirt, jacket, and pants. Accompanying him were his wife, Upasana Kamineni Konidela, and their daughter, Klin Kaara. This clip is now making rounds on social media.

The main wedding ceremonies of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant will commence on July 12, with the auspicious Shubh Vivah or wedding function, for which the dress code is Indian traditional. July 13 will be the day of Shubh Aashirwad, requiring Indian formal attire. July 14 will feature the Mangal Utsav or the wedding reception, where the dress code is Indian chic. All these functions will take place at the Jio World Centre in BKC.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan has finally wrapped filming for his highly-anticipated movie, Game Changer, directed by S Shankar. Ram Charan began shooting for the film in the latter half of 2021, and the film also stars Kiara Advani. On Monday morning, Ram took to Instagram to share a picture that seems to be from the first day on set and the last day of filming, along with the announcement that the film has wrapped.

In both pictures, Ram Charan is seen walking towards a helicopter. In the first, he wears a black ganjee with a pair of pants, while the second shows him in a formal outfit. Sharing the pictures, Ram said, “The GAME is about to CHANGE! #GAMECHANGER ‘That’s a wrap! See you at the cinemas.’”

Fans, who have been eagerly awaiting updates on Game Changer, can now expect more information about the film to be revealed soon. Over the three years of its making, fans received limited updates. However, a few months ago, they were treated to Game Changer’s first song, Jaragandi, which received a positive response. Around the same time, producer Dil Raju hinted that the film would release this year, possibly within six months. At a March event for Game Changer in Hyderabad, Dil Raju mentioned that the film would be in cinemas in five months, hinting at a September release date.

Besides teasing the release date, Raju revealed that Jaragandi is just one of many songs the team has prepared for the film. He mentioned that the movie will feature five songs, three of which are expected to be chart-toppers.

Apart from Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, Game Changer also stars Anjali, SJ Suryah, Jayaram, Sunil, Srikanth, Samuthirakani, and Nassar. Ram Charan will portray an IAS Officer, Ram Madan, while Kiara Advani will play his love interest and a fellow IAS officer. The movie, directed by Shankar, marks his debut as a director. The screenplay is written by Karthik Subbaraj, and the music is composed by Thaman.
