Actress Meghna Naidu, who rose to fame with her iconic music video Kaliyon Ka Chaman, has recently reacted to Shefali Jariwala's sudden demise. The actress expressed her disbelief at the reports and paid tribute to her.
Meghna took to her Instagram and shared a photo of Shefali. Alongside the photo, Meghna penned in the caption, “It's taken me many hours to accept this terrible news…”
She added, “So many special memories, the late night drives and coffee sessions on the street with cycle walas, the laughter on flights, the crying in corners, the dramas in our events, the ganpati visits in our homes, the gossip sessions and more…”
Meghna concluded her caption by writing, “All this when there was no Social media !!! Rest in Peace Shef,” adding a peace emoji.
However, actor and director Shreyas Talpade also paid tribute to the late actress. He shared a photo of Shefali and penned in the caption, “Shefali, this is heartbreaking and so hard to believe. Sending strength to your loved ones.”
He concluded his tribute by noting, “You will be deeply missed.”
Shefali Jariwala died on Friday, June 27, at the age of 42. The exact cause of Shefali Jariwala’s tragic death is yet to be known, but initial reports have suggested that she died after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest.
