Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi’s love story is equally heartwarming. The couple first met during a business meeting, which, according to reports, was more than just a professional interaction — it was Bhupathi’s subtle way of getting to know Lara. Despite the complexities in their early relationship — Bhupathi was previously married to model Shvetha Jaishankar and divorced in 2009 — the two navigated through and tied the knot in a private civil ceremony on February 16, 2011, in Mumbai. A more elaborate church wedding followed on February 20 of the same year. Their daughter Saira was born on January 20, 2012.
On the work front, Lara Dutta is all set to appear in the upcoming film Welcome To The Jungle, the third installment in the popular Welcome series. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, and many others. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Housefull 5 — another big project Lara is part of — is scheduled for release on June 6.
