K-pop composer and producer Kush has recently got married to his longtime partner Vivienne. The couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony on October 11 in Seoul.
The wedding was attended by the couple’s close family, friends, and a few prominent members of the K-pop industry.
The Black Label representative confirmed the couple’s wedding earlier this week. The rep revealed that the ceremony remained private. “Aside from the date, we’re unable to share specific details about the wedding," the agency said.
Among the prominent members of the industry who attended the ceremony were Big Bang members Taeyang, who sang a special song for the couple, and Daesung, who served as master of ceremonies.
There were also members of The Black Label, including Lee Jung and Jeon So-Mi. As Kush and Vivienne walked hand in hand under a white floral arch, guests celebrated by scattering flower petals along a floral aisle.
Since making his debut in 2003 as a member of the reggae duo Stony Skunk, Kush has produced and composed music for some of the biggest names in K-pop, such as Big Bang, G-Dragon, Taeyang, and 2NE1.
He recently became well-known for his work on Netflix's K-Pop Demon Hunters, where he wrote songs like "Soda Pop" for the fictional band Saja Boys and "Your Idol."
Vivienne, a model-turned-producer and cousin of Yuri from Girls' Generation, has collaborated with well-known musicians such as Park Bom, Heize, Jo Hyun Ah, Jeon So Mi, and Jisoo from BLACKPINK. She was also involved in the creation of I-LAND2: N/a.
Kush and Vivienne's relationship
In July 2016, Kush and Vivienne publicly announced their relationship after meeting through mutual acquaintances. Their wedding commemorates a nine-year romance that developed alongside their artistic careers, turning their business partnership into a friendship that will last a lifetime.
