Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya has once again made headlines, but this time it’s not for his performance on the field. The all-rounder is now officially dating model and actress Mahieka Sharma, with the two openly sharing glimpses of their relationship on social media.
On Wednesday, Hardik posted a series of pictures from what looked like a romantic beachside date with Mahieka. Dressed in a red shirt, the cricketer was seen surrounded by fairy lights and palm shadows, while Mahieka appeared in a soft pastel outfit beside him. The post was simply captioned “Blessed,” hinting at the contentment in his new chapter.
A few of the pictures also showed them holding hands and laughing together, confirming what fans had been speculating for weeks. Their chemistry has been a recurring sight on Instagram, with likes and comments pouring in from both fans and friends in the industry.
Mahieka Sharma, before stepping into the entertainment spotlight, earned a degree in Economics and Finance. She began her career in modelling and soon became a familiar name in fashion circles. She has walked for some of India’s biggest designers including Manish Malhotra, Anita Dongre, and Tarun Tahiliani. Her portfolio also includes collaborations with brands such as Tanishq, Vivo, and Uniqlo. In 2024, she was honoured as “Model of the Year (New Age)” at the Indian Fashion Awards.
Known for her determination, Mahieka once made headlines when she continued to walk the ramp despite battling a severe eye infection. Her professionalism and confidence earned her respect across the industry.
Meanwhile, Hardik’s personal life has been under constant public gaze. The cricketer was earlier married to actress Natasa Stankovic. The couple tied the knot in May 2020 and renewed their vows in February 2023 in dual Hindu and Christian ceremonies. However, they announced their separation in July 2024 through a joint statement, calling it a mutual and respectful decision.
Their statement also emphasized their shared commitment to co-parenting their son, Agastya. “He will continue to be at the centre of both our lives,” they wrote, requesting privacy during that period.
With his new relationship, Hardik seems to have turned the page. Judging by his recent post, the cricketer appears to be at peace and ready to embrace a new phase both in life and love.
